These Capitol Avenue homeowners decked out their stoop with a pretty pumpkin menagerie. They look even better at night all lit up, but you’ll have to take our word for it as we did not have our camera on us the night we saw them. Hope you all had a Happy Halloween, with only good goblins and lots of candy from the upper hierarchy.
